Ultimate Pilates is by far the best collection of Pilates workouts I have found! As a serious pre-professional dancer studying dance in college, Ultimate Pilates has been vital to help me stay strong in my technique. I often do a short ten minute video before class to warm up. During longer breaks from school I find that when I utilize the longer workouts I am able to get back into dancing shape with significantly less trouble than when I do not do Ultimate Pilates. This workout system has helped me more than any other collection of workout videos I have ever done. I highly recommend it to anyone, dancer or not, to help them reach their fitness goals. "When I first started with your website 3 years ago, I was 32, a size 12, and looking for a major change in my overall health. I have a family history of heart disease and diabetes, and especially after seeing my father's health rapidly decline from both illnesses, I decided I needed to take preventive measures and to take my health more seriously. Most of my life, I never thought of myself as overweight, just out of shape. And working out didn't appeal to me, either. You could even say I "hated" working out. I have also always been fairly busy, always on the run, but seldom with fitness in mind. I tried joining a gym a few times with friends, but was too self conscious to continue. I tried jogging, but (big surprise), that fell by the wayside, too. Another wrench in my fitness goals: I have severe scoliosis, which made other traditional workouts difficult (and sometimes painful) for me. I came across Pilates on Fifth videos on Youtube, and absolutely loved it! I immediately started an account on the UPW website, and I've been hooked ever since. With a change in diet and consistent pilates online with Kimberly and Katherine - about 2 days per week, plus 1 day of cardio or interval training - I was down to a size 2/4 in less than a year (about 10 months)! I also have less back pain, more flexibility, have more energy and feel more alert. I am still going strong with it to this day, and I always credit UPW with my success, not just with weight loss and fitness, but in my newfound overall health and outlook.
